Job Description: As a Bridal Stylist, you will play a key role in guiding brides through the dress selection process and helping them find the gown of their dreams. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personalized styling consultations for brides-to-be, listening attentively to their preferences and vision for their wedding day.

• Assisting brides in trying on gowns and offering expert advice on fit, style, and accessories.

• Building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and memorable shopping experience.

• Staying up-to-date on the latest bridal trends and designers to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

• Collaborating with our team to maintain the boutique's impeccable appearance and ensure a seamless shopping environment.

• Willingness to participate in social media posts wearing bridal attire, showcasing our latest collections and contributing to our online presence.

• Actively engage with brides to identify their needs and recommend suitable bridal attire and accessories, effectively closing sales transactions.

• Comfortable working in a commission-based environment, with a focus on maximizing sales opportunities while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• Prefer: previous experience in bridal or fashion retail, with a strong understanding of wedding dress styles, fabrics, and alterations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for working with brides and helping them feel confident and beautiful.

• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for fashion and design.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• A positive attitude and a collaborative spirit, eager to contribute to a supportive and dynamic team environment.

• Proven experience in sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a retail environment.
