Kelsey and Greg dreamed of a wedding that blended luxury with bold, modern design. They chose Carneros Resort in Napa Valley for its chic, upscale feel and the flexibility to create a vibrant celebration. When they hired Napa Valley Wedding Planners, Curated by Grace and White, just a few months before their wedding, they had already secured most of their vendors. However, they needed help refining their vision. Initially inspired by the charm of the French countryside, they shifted to a modern, organic, and colorful aesthetic that better reflected their personalities.

A Bold and Modern Wedding Design by Napa Valley Wedding Planners

The heart of their wedding design was the incredible floral arrangements by Poppy Cart Co. Their ceremony featured a lush floral arch bursting with bold colors, setting the perfect backdrop for their vows. Inside the reception space, hanging floral installations created a whimsical and enchanting atmosphere.

Guest tables featured simple yet elegant bud vases, each holding a single bloom. The couple rented white crossback chairs, a nod to their original countryside vision. These were paired with gold flatware, cream stoneware chargers, and sage green napkins, creating a balanced and modern tablescape. The bold orange, pink, and mauve flowers stood out beautifully against the neutral table elements.

Thoughtful Personal Touches

To make their wedding even more personal, Kelsey and Greg incorporated unique details that reflected their fun energy. A neon sign over the dessert table added a modern, playful touch to the reception. Kelsey changed into a stunning sequin dress, making her entrance to the dance floor unforgettable. Instead of traditional favors, they wrote thank-you notes on the back of each menu, making every guest feel truly appreciated.
