Kitty Jo and Jim have a serendipitous love story. They actually met in high school and became dear friends over those treasured years. At the end of their senior year they each signed each other’s yearbook with an everlasting message that would circle back to today’s love story—they both wrote I love you.
After high school each of them went their separate ways–each finding a career, love and growing their own families. As heartbreak would have it, both of their partners passed away. Kitty Jo and Jim reconnected through the almighty and powerful Facebook and the rest is history. They each picked up the pieces of each other’s broken hearts and put together a wonderful love story.
Kitty Jo and Jim decided to get married at the stunning Park Winters. After booking the venue, they both were SO overwhelmed. On our first consult call, Kitty Jo joked Jim thought she didn’t want to marry him any more because planning the wedding seemed like so much to do! They hired our team at Grace + White to make their dream wedding come true! One of the biggest compliments they’ve shared with me throughout our wedding planning together is how easy and stress free it became as soon as they hired a planner.
Kitty Jo + Jim love Rock’n’Roll! One of the most important things they wanted was to have a rockin’ time so we brought in one of their favorite bar bands to play their wedding! It was such a hit–Kitty Jo and Jim rocked out all night long.
