Stacey and Neil approached Grace + White, Estate Yountville Wedding Planner, with a vision of their destination wedding in Napa Valley a reason to show all of their friends and family from around the country the beauty of their favorite place. Choosing a venue that incorporated the vineyards they enjoyed as a couple several years prior to their engagement was important and they landed on the Estate Yountville.

Yountville is the perfect place for all guests to stay and walk through the town, enjoying the five star dining including Bouchon pastries and French Laundry-style experiences. Upon choosing Estate Yountville we narrowed down that Stacey and Neil wanted to host their intimate rehearsal dinner in the vineyard and WOW was that a night. One long, family style table adorned with a massive floral garland by Amanda Vidmar and overhead soft lighting provided the most romantic setting for dinner. Ryan Hernandez serenaded the group and they dined under the stars.

The wedding day itself was a more romantically modern style with deep pops of burgundy against white and wood accents. Soft chiffon draped from the sky to match the billowy table runners surrounded by flowers. It was important to Stacey to capture both the romance she feels in Napa Valley as well as her modern style using both the flowers and rounded chairs as an anchor to the design.

The after party was set in the barrel room and transformed into a black and red, deeply rich and romantic space. Red roses everywhere complimented the darkness of the space.

All in all, this wedding was one for the books and we couldn’t have been happier with how each piece of the design turned out!!
